1v1 Arena:
- Disabled the multi1v1 ranking system
- Added a better ranking system that is based upon the CS:GO elo system and uses CS:GO ranks (which most 1v1 servers use)
- Removed am_minecraftfix as it was causing the server to crash
- Added kill replays using GOTV

- Fixed staff tags not working
- Reduced timelimit from 25 minutes to 20
